The fully automatic strapping machine is designed for the vertical strapping of aluminium ingots on square cuts.

The ingot is loaded in the area of the strapping machine by the conveyor system.

The strap is fed through the strap channel and the top mounted head moves towards the ingot for sealing.

For the application of multiple straps the ingot is either positioned by the conveyor system (stationary machine) or the strapping machine itself travels to the preset positions (moveable machine). For the simultaneous application of two straps a twin-head version is available.

TITAN provides these strapping machines with different heads for different joint types and strap qualities.

In addition, a marking device or a label applicator can be installed as well as a runner feeding device with magazine.
