The fully automatic strapping machine is designed for the vertical strapping of slit coils through the coil eye.

With its eye vertical the slit coil is loaded in the area of the strapping machine and centred on a turntable.

The strapping frame with the head is adjusted in accordance with the coil inner diameter. The vertical lance moves through the coil eye and closes the strap channel. The strap is fed-in and the top mounted head moves towards the coil for sealing.

For the application of multiple straps the turntable turns the coil into the next strapping position.

TITAN provides these strapping machines with different heads for different joint types and strap qualities.

In addition, the application of labels can be integrated in the strapping process.
