The fully automatic strapping machine is designed for the vertical strapping of slit coils through the coil eye. The machine is equipped with three strapping heads with three strap channel systems for simultaneous strapping.

With its eye vertical the slit coil is loaded and centred in the area of the strapping machine.

The coil is lifted towards the strapping heads by a three arm lifting device provided with gaps for strap passage. The strap is fed through the strap channels and the top mounted heads perform the sealings.

TITAN provides these strapping machines with different heads for different joint types and strap qualities.

In addition, the application of labels can be integrated in the strapping process.
