The fully automatic strapping machine is designed for the horizontal strapping of stacked bricks and blocks.

The package is loaded in the area of the strapping machine by the conveyor system.

The strapping frame with the head moves down to the strapping position and the strap guide arm moves towards the package. The strap is fed through the strap channel and the side mounted head moves towards the package for sealing.

For the application of multiple straps the horizontal strap frame moves to the preset strapping positions.

TITAN provides these strapping machines with different heads for different joint types and strap qualities.

In addition, the application of edge protectors etc. can be integrated in the strapping process. Also, a label applicator as well as a side compactor can be installed.
