The fully automatic strapping machine is designed for the vertical strapping of layers of cans stacked on pallets.

The package is loaded in the area of the strapping machine by the conveyor system.

The bottom lance moves forward, closes the strap channel and the strap is fed-in. The top press frame (500N press force) lowers onto the pack in order to stabilize the load. Then the side mounted head moves towards the package for sealing.

For the application of multiple straps the package is positioned by the conveyor system.

TITAN provides these strapping machines with different heads for different joint types and strap qualities.

In addition, the application of labels can be integrated in the strapping process.
