The fully automatic strapping machine is designed for the vertical strapping of profile bundles.

The bundles are loaded in the area of the strapping machine by the conveyor system.

The strap is fed through the strap channel and the top mounted head moves towards the bundle for sealing.

For the application of multiple straps the bundle is either positioned by the conveyor system (stationary machine) or the strapping machine itself travels to the preset positions (moveable machine). Efficiency can be increased by multiple machines installed in a row for simultaneous strap application.

TITAN provides these strapping machines with different heads for different joint types and strap qualities.

In addition, the application of labels can be integrated in the strapping process.
