The fully automatic strapping machines are designed for the vertical strapping of tube bundles. Multiple strapping machines are installed in a row.

The bundles are manually loaded in a stacking V-block.

The top lances move forward, the straps are fed through the strap channels and the bottom mounted heads move towards the bundle for sealing.

TITAN provides these strapping machines with different heads for different joint types and strap qualities.

In addition, the application of labels can be integrated in the strapping process.
