The fully automatic strapping machine is designed for the vertical strapping of tube bundles. The patented TWINSTRAP^® method forms a double-loop, which guarantees sufficient play for the bundle and prevents the strapping from opening by the bundle's kinetic energy or due to stacking in stanchions.

The bundles are loaded in the area of the strapping machine by the conveyer system.

The strap is fed through a special double loop strap channel and the top mounted strapping head moves towards the bundle for sealing.

TITAN provides these strapping machines with different heads for different joint types and strap qualities.

In addition, the application of labels can be integrated in the strapping process.
