From time to time the equipment has to be maintained to ensure its proper functionality according to specification. But, after a long time of operation, maintenance or small repairs do not help anymore. Then, the time has come to overhaul or rebuild a strapping head or tool.

TITAN offers overhauls or rebuilds of strapping heads and tools in our modern and advanced workshop in Schwelm, where also our central spare parts warehouse is located.

Our service engineers are very well trained and highly skilled. They take your strapping head or tool fully apart and inspect each single component carefully. Everything that needs replacement is replaced. Then the strapping head or tool is re-assembled again, followed by a comprehensive function test. If this test is past successfully, the strapping head or tool is shipped back to the customer.

An overhauled or rebuilt head or tool is as good as a brand new one and is ready for another lifetime full of strapping operations.
