Heavy gun for light strapping applications
At TITAN, HD does not stand for High Definition, but for Heavy Duty. And the meaning behind this abbreviation is a planned procedure: Everything is designed for heavy duty use in the field of lightweight strapping applications.
The VS12-L-HD has been specially developed for strap thickness varieties in the 19 mm steel strap segment. With the TITANARG® technology, two welding spots are produced using the TIG welding process ensuring the greatest possible joint reliability.
The tension force of the VS12-L-HD reaches up to 10,000 N. This makes the head just the right choice for use on slit coils, in steel service centres as well as for pipes and profiles. These applications prove that not only high demands are placed on the head's performance, but also on its resilience.
The VS12-L-HD gladly accepts the challenge at any time.
